The Green is a celebration of the Waikato, people, local produce, sustainability and the seasons.
These 5 elements really determine our daily changing 6 course degustation menu.
Food is at its best when picked that morning and on your plate the same day. We really work closely and look to our suppliers and growers for their guidance to make sure the very best seasonal ingredients are on show at The Green
